For consumers, please return or exchange the product with the reseller you purchased from. We do not accept returns or exchanges from the consumer.
For returns or exchanges from our authorized resellers, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt of the merchandise. We only accept returns and exchanges on full cases. Returns will not be accepted on partial cases or individual pieces unless the product is defective. We will replace or credit you for any defective items.
We are not responsible for damage caused by freight. Damage caused by freight must be claimed through the freight carrier.
